We are seeking experienced, dedicated musicians to join an exclusive live band built around an R&B/Neo Soul recording artist. This is a professional opportunity for serious players ready to commit to a unified sound, brand, and long-term vision.

Drums • Bass • Keys • Lead Guitar

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in R&B/Neo Soul styles and live performance

• Ability to learn and perform original material with feel, dynamics, and precision

• Stage-ready with professional attitude and appearance

• Background vocals are a plus (not required)

• Studio experience preferred but not required

 

Requirements

• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to rehearsals and performances

• Willingness to collaborate, take direction, and grow as a unit

• Open availability for rehearsals, shows, and creative sessions

• Willingness to travel for performances when needed

• Must be serious about long-term involvement and exclusivity within the band

 

Selected musicians will have opportunities for live performances, recording sessions, writing, and video projects.
